It is an online platform that is facilitated by the search comparisons and booking of the cruise vacations offered by various suppliers of the cruise lines. We do not have any control over the ships and services as the operation is not in our hands and our role is just to act as a mediator between you and the third parties.

BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS-

• You are solely responsible to ensure that all the information provided by you for the booking process is accurate. It should match perfectly with your official travel documents and any irresponsibility related to this can even deny your boarding.
• Your booking is also related to the terms and conditions of a specific cruise line whatever you choose. You have to review that and agree to supplier's terms and conditions also including their cancellations, refunds and baggage policy before you finalize your booking.
• Your booking will not be confirmed until you receive the confirmation email sent by us.
• Full payment will be required at the time of booking and we accept various payment methods as well. You need to agree to pay all the charges like fees and applicable taxes that are associated with your booking.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY-

• The prices that are displayed on our website can change even without notice sometimes but the final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• The availability is unfortunately not in our hands and subjected to the specific cruise or cabin.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS-

• All the cancellations that are done by you and even the modification request has to be made through the customer support. The fees for any cancellation or modifications are based on the policies of the cruise line and sometimes include additional fees.
• If the supplier cancels or significantly modifies anything then we will inform you as early as we are notified. Your rights and options are totally governed by the supplier's terms and conditions.

LIABILITY-

• We are not responsible for any acts, errors, representations, omissions or negligence of the suppliers. And, we are also not responsible for any personal injury, death, property damage or any other damages/expenses resulting from them.
• We are also not accountable to you for any delays, cancellations or changes in the services caused by the events that are not in our control like natural disasters, bad weather, acts of government or pandemics.

• You are agreeing to use this website just for legitimate and non-commercial purposes.
• You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking information including your password.
